We are PCQI, SQF, USDA HACCP, FDA Seafood HACCP, and retail HACCP certified. We have a strong track record for scoring high on all third part audits, HACCP audits, and other regulatory audits.
Our Founder Anthony DeMarco has over 30 years experience in the food industry and has headed many companies food safety programs.
